The Honorable Gerald J. Mossinghoff, a former Assistant Secretary of Commerce and Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks, is Senior Counsel at Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, PC. He is also a visiting Professor of Intellectual Property Law at George Washington University Law School. He has served as US Ambassador to the Diplomatic Conference on the Revision of the Paris Convention and as Chairman of the General Assembly of the United Nations World Intellectual Property Organization. Mr. Mossinghoff has also served as President of Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America and Deputy General Counsel of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

Jim McGroddy

Dr. McGroddy also served as Chairman of the Board for Phelps Hospital in Westchester County, NY, as well as for several other healthcare-related companies and organizations. He advises numerous technology startup firms, government agencies and universities.
